You can now add personalisation to suitable jewellery pieces with a bespoke engraving service.

You can add a name, date or any other meaningful text to your pieces.

Also for suitable pieces you can also add finger/footprints, handwriting from a loved one, photos, drawings, or pets nose/pawprints.

With both a laser and a CNC engraving machine, Ashes of Ashleigh can mark delicate and intricate pieces, as well as deep engraving on the inside of rings, backs of pendants, and charms etc. Ensuring long lasting engravings on areas in constant contact with the skin.

All engraving information/images should be sent to and be clearly labeled with your name and order number.

All images sent must be PNG, PDF or JPEG files and should be as clearly defined as possible. Dark or faded areas, smudges, or undefined lines may not give the desired finish.

**Finger prints especially need to have as clearly defined lines as possible, very dark, smudged or faint prints will not give good results.**

If you are unsure if your image/s will work please email me and I will be able to advise on what will work best for your image/s.

All jewellery pieces are 925 Sterling Silver or 9ct Gold, with the exception of the Italian link charms and the dedicated stainless steel collection. High-grade UV stabilised resin is used to create all jewellery pieces.

Care Instructions

Care Instructions for Resin

Resin jewellery is generally hard-wearing.  To keep your memorial jewellery looking its best, its important that you follow the care advice given here.

Try to avoid scratching or scuffing the resin surface by removing it when carrying out heavy duty works. You should also avoid sleeping in your resin jewellery.

Water damage

Resin is NOT waterproof, only water resistant. It should not be submerged into water. Please remember to remove your jewellery before showers, swimming, washing up etc.

Your resin jewellery piece must be stored out of direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the resin to discolour and soften.

You should be aware that regular contact with direct smoke can cause resin to yellow.

Avoid exposure of your jewellery to harsh chemicals and cleaning products. This includes perfume, hair spray, cleaning solutions, nail polish remover, antibacterial hand sanitiser etc. Solvents will react with the epoxy and can cause it to become scaly, yellow, chip or even break down completely.

Silver Jewellery Care

Silver will tarnish faster under certain conditions. Humidity, air quality and even body chemistry will affect how quickly it tarnishes.

Included with your order is an Ashes of Ashleigh silver polishing cloth for you to  use on the silver part of your memorial jewellery, be careful not to use it on the resin part of your piece. Gently rub it over the silver to buff and bring the shine back to your piece.

If ever you have your silver professionally polished, you should make them aware it contains resin that should be covered.
