Q. How do I get the inclusion to you?  Once your order has been placed you will receive a kit through the post. This will contain all you need along with instructions on how to send your precious inclusion to Ashes of Ashleigh. You will receive confirmation that they have been received. 

Q. How long will it take? All memorial pieces are handcrafted by myself. Once I have received your inclusion I will begin your piece.  The current turnaround time is displayed at the top of the website in the announcement bar. You will be kept updated on the progress of your order throughout and are more than welcome to check in if you would like further updates. 

Q. What are the Jewellery pieces made from?  The jewellery pieces are 925 sterling silver or 9ct gold, with the exception of the Stainless steel and Italian link charm collections. Where there are other materials included, such as leather straps etc it will be clearly stated in the items description. Inclusions are added to UV stabilised resin. 

Q. How do I take care of my jewellery piece?  You will receive a care sheet along with your order. This information is also available on the website.
