Refund policy

All items are handcrafted and hold personal inclusions, therefore they cannot be returned or refunded.

It is your responsibility to provide me with your correct ring size. Please ensure you have measured your size accurately as mistakes in sizes cannot be rectified once an inclusion has been set into a ring. Refunds will not be issued for mistakes in sizing.

In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged please contact me via the "contact us" within 24hours of receipt so I can assess the damage.
