Honour the memory of your loved one through encapsulating their life in our Glass Wave sculpture. Scattering ashes in the ocean is a thing of the past. Now bring the ocean into your house through our Cremation Ashes into Glass Wave Sculpture, encasing your loved one's ashes inside the glass.
Our Ashes to Glass Wave Keepsake is a stunning tribute that captures the soothing rhythm of the ocean, thoughtfully blending artistry and remembrance. Handcrafted by skilled artisans, each piece infuses a small portion of your loved one’s ashes into the glass itself, creating distinctive swirls and ethereal patterns. Care Instructions for Resin
Resin jewellery is generally hard-wearing. To keep your memorial jewellery looking its best, its important that you follow the care advice given here.
Scrapes
Try to avoid scratching or scuffing the resin surface by removing it when carrying out heavy duty works. You should also avoid sleeping in your resin jewellery.
Water damage
Resin is NOT waterproof, only water resistant. It should not be submerged into water. Please remember to remove your jewellery before showers, swimming, washing up etc.
Sunlight
Your resin jewellery piece must be stored out of direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the resin to discolour and soften.
Smoking
You should be aware that regular contact with direct smoke can cause resin to yellow.
Chemicals
Avoid exposure of your jewellery to harsh chemicals and cleaning products. This includes perfume, hair spray, cleaning solutions, nail polish remover, antibacterial hand sanitiser etc. Solvents will react with the epoxy and can cause it to become scaly, yellow, chip or even break down completely.
Silver Jewellery Care
Silver will tarnish faster under certain conditions. Humidity, air quality and even body chemistry will affect how quickly it tarnishes.
Included with your order is an Ashes of Ashleigh silver polishing cloth for you to use on the silver part of your memorial jewellery, be careful not to use it on the resin part of your piece. Gently rub it over the silver to buff and bring the shine back to your piece.
If ever you have your silver professionally polished, you should make them aware it contains resin that should be covered.
